Basic requirement for all interested candidates :

• Written & spoken knowledge of Mandarin is peferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a requisite
• Malaysian resident

Interested applicants for the following positions must adhere to the appended requirements of the respective departments: -

1. Transshipment / Equipment Control Coordinator
   (To Be Located in Subang Jaya & Port Klang)


Requirements:

• Preference will be given to those with relevant experience in shipping and equipment/logistics/ transshipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Applicants who are available immediately & / or within short notice will have an added advantage
• Diligent, proactive, resourceful, eagerness to learn and possess the ability to work independently
• Malaysian residents only
  
  
2. Management Information System (MIS) Executive
   (To Be Located in Subang Jaya)


Requirements:

• Preference will be given to those with relevant experience
• Willing to work long hours inclusive of the odd weekends
• Must possess own transportation
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Hardware & Software & Microsoft Products
• Knowledge of Linux is desirable
• Applicants who are available immediately and/or within short notice will have an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diligent, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Cheerful and optimistic
• Malaysian residents only

Responsibilities:

• To manage daily MIS operational matters which includes the e-mail system
• To maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot PCs, Servers and other networking equipment
• Perform critical evaluations and develop recommendations with regard to network hardware & software
• Provide escalated support and troubleshooting of network hardware failures
  
  
3. Front Desk Coordinator
   (To Be Located in Subang Jaya)


Requirements:

• Relevant experience is desirable but those without experience may be considered
• Willing to work long hours inclusive of the odd weekends
• Admin orientated
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Cheerful and optimistic
• Malaysian residents only
  
  
4. Sales Executive
   (To Be Located in Subang Jaya & East Malaysia)


Requirements:

• Preference will be given to those with relevant experience
• Written & spoken knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Applicants who are available immediately & / or within short notice will have an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diligent, proactive, resourceful, eagerness to learn and possess the ability to work independently

5. Documentations / Customer Service Coordinator
   (To Be Located in Subang Jaya, Selangor)


Requirements:

• Relevant experience in handling and preparing documentation is desired
• Willing to work long hours inclusive of the odd weekends
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diligent, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Cheerful and optimistic
• Applicants who are available immediately and/or within short notice will have an added advantage

6. Marketing Coordinator
   (To Be Located in Subang Jaya, Selangor)


Requirements:

• Willing to work long hours inclusive of the odd weekends
• Five and a half day week
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
• Able to generate analysis charts and posses strong analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diligent, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Cheerful and optimistic
• Applicants who are available immediately and/ or within short notice will have an added advantage
• Vacancy is in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
